The canton of St. Gallen is pursuing a merger of the four hospital associations. As a result of this merger, the existing websites will be adapted to the new corporate form and combined into a uniform appearance.

The realization of the new website required the identification of an implementation partner through a public WTO tender. Kantonsspital St.Gallen was faced with the challenging task of creating a content- and technically validated tender that would ensure that the architecture and technical solution were future-proof and scalable and that the new website would be implemented by an efficient implementation partner. The Kantonsspital St.Gallen was able to rely on diselva's expertise and extensive experience in evaluating software solutions and implementation partners.

In close collaboration with the KSSG project management team, diselva recorded the requirements of the internal stakeholders for a future-proof website. The results of the workshops, moderated by diselva, were meticulously reviewed for technical feasibility and distilled into a clearly structured target picture. This validated target image formed the basis for the WTO tender, which was further enhanced with comprehensive requirements for the technical solution and the implementation partner. The result was an extensive public invitation to tender, which was answered by potential implementation partners. Following the tender process, diselva provided support to the KSSG project team in evaluating the bids and selecting the partner.

The partnership between diselva and the KSSG spanned the entirety of the tender process. This included the content and technical validation and documentation of the requirements, the formulation of the tender documents in accordance with WTO specifications, and support for the evaluation of the bids and presentations. diselva was on hand to provide guidance to the KSSG, enabling the project team to identify a suitable partner to implement the new website.

Daniel Steimer, Leiter Marketing & Kommunikation Kantonsspital St.Gallen, unterstreicht die erfolgreiche Partnerschaft: "With diselva, we had a reliable partner at our side for the WTO tender, who structured the technical complexity of the new website and guided us through the entire WTO tender process. Thanks to diselva's technical and consulting expertise and extensive evaluation experience, we were able to lay the foundations for a future-proof website and ultimately find an ideal implementation partner."
