From Newcomer to Consulting-Boutique

We admit it: we were already cheering a little. Maybe even clapped quietly.

diselva has made it into the SWISS DIGITAL RANKING 2025!

Just over two years young, founded in 2023, with a good tailwind, lots of energy (and a few night shifts), we have landed directly in the top 35 IT consulting companies in Switzerland - not yet a reason for champagne, but at least enough for an honest beer and an espresso at the START Global Campus.

Fast, robust, reflective

What has happened at diselva since it was founded? A lot. Quite a lot.

We have grown - in turnover, in projects, in people, in experience. Not just in terms of quantity, but above all in terms of quality and strategy, things have moved at a really rapid pace - a  rollercoaster ride.

We have outgrown our nostalgic Namics-roots with a focus on UX and standard software. We have cultivated our own identity and expanded our services, all while maintaining our core attitude and values.

diselva is now the obvious choice for companies seeking experts with a strong grasp on the technical aspects of digital transformation and a keen understanding of the business provesses and organizational nuances that underpin it. Our strength lies in understanding which strategic aspects are relevant and implementing them consistently to achieve targeted solutions. We operate on three levels, as the following example of technology makes clear:

• Tactical - Solution Architecture, Assessments and Evaluations
• Operational - support during implementation with experienced experts in architecture, consulting and project management

Sounds good? We agree. Our path has been marked by both successes and market challenges, which we have mastered with flying colors. And therefore we are confident and excited about the future:

Architecture, data, artificial intelligence, organizational changes, ESG topics are just as much on our agenda as the question: “When will our website finally be as good as our consulting approach?” (Spoiler: soon.)

We are still a long way from reaching our goal, and that's a good thing. Because for us, it means continuing to learn, grow, take responsibility and inspire new customers and favorite brands for diselva. Be it with an exciting project or a nice chat over an aperitif. We're pretty good at both 🙂
